Hey there everyone, I hope you are doing well.  This recipe for Maple Orange Pork Tenderloin is flavorful, tender & juicy – which is the only way our family likes pork tenderloin ;).  I served it with a side of roasted broccoli, which I baked at the same time as the pork, and voila -dinner was done!

The recipe comes from Taste of Home and the only modification I made was to reduce the maple syrup to 1/3 c.  However, in the future I’ll be reducing the maple syrup to about 1/4 c. as it was still a touch on the sweet side for me (The rest of the family enjoyed it so I don’t want to mess with it too much, lol).

Making a recipe from Taste of Home always makes me think fondly of my grandfather.  He got me my first magazine subscription in 1994 after I had been doing our family meal plans for a while.  It’s one that I kept until just recently and always brought a smile to my heart thinking about him.  It was harder to end the subscription because of this more than anything else.

I hope you enjoy the recipe, you can find it here.
